As far as the Digital printing is concerned the Color mode must be in RGB to be a print ready file. If the files are submitted using any other color mode, such as CMYK or Pantone,By default the files will be converted to RGB during preflighting. Conversion from one color standard to another may result in a colors variation or colors dropping out.
- Does turnaround time including shipping time?
The Turnaround time purely means as production turnaround time-varies by product to product, tenure ranging from three to Fifteen business days and more than that depend upon the quantity and the fabrication involved in the product. Same-day production turnaround time is also available for some of the products. You should check the turnaround option for the specific or particular product that interests you. In addition, you should check our site to ensure that your turnaround time will not be effected by an upcoming holiday.

| A |Turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and approved. If you ordered a Photo Book, your turnaround begins when we receive ready design art work files and the complete payment shall be done. If your job is approved by 10 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time), turnaround time begins that business day. For example, a job for three-day turnaround that you approved by 10 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) on Monday and we will be shipped out to you by end of business Thrusday.
Please note that Orchid Photo Albums production facilities are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.
In addition, turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

| A |Yes. Orchid Photo Albums guarantees turnaround time, which is also known as production turnaround time when all requirements have been met by client to begin turnaround time period. Orchid Photo Albums strives to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. In the case that Orchid Photo Albums misses a turnaround commitment, Orchid Photo Albums will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges upto 5% of the Product (Product Prices does not include Shipping Prices) or a courtesy rush on your next upcoming job. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted only if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date as mentioned, the client does not want us to process the order.
Please note that Orchid Photo Albums assumes no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival date-means as delivery date-is an estimate only. As a result, Orchid Photo Albums can not be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our factory premises.
To minimize shipping delays, we have selected FedEx or other reputed Courier companies as our preferred shipping partner for Air Shipping , and we will make every effort to work with you to ensure your job arrives on time.
In some cases, however, we may not be able to adjust turnaround time due to the complexity of managing a large number of printing jobs at our production facility

| A |Once you click the “Confirm Order” button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. No refunds will be given for orders that have been received by our prepress department.
In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by Orchid Photo Albums for that order. In such cases, you will be charged a Rs.1500/- cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs, if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by Orchid Photo Albums for that order.
To expedite your cancellation request, we encourage you to log in to your account by clicking on the “My Orders” button from any page on our site. After you are logged in to your account, you should post a note to the specific order that you want to cancel.

| A |Artwork files can be changed anytime before you approve your print job. After you approve your print job online, including artwork files, Orchid-Photo-Albums cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files unless you have requested a proof.
If you have requested a proof, you can change your artwork files before approving your proof. Please note that Orchid Photo Albums cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files after you have approved the proof for your print job since your job will be sent to our production department to be printed on one of our presses.

Orchid-Photo-Albums cannot confirm the price of a configured product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Orchid-Photo-Albums shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
